We use apps every day for just about everything.

Did you know that you get the most out of Safe Ag Systems by having active and regular use? It’s TRUE.

If you’re reading this, you probably have the Safe Ag Systems app on your phone. But have you discovered all it can do and how it can keep you and your team safe?

It’s SIMPLE – By using it every day for all your operational tasks.

Let’s think about it. You purchase a helmet for your quad bike. ‌Great job!

But if that helmet just sits in the shed looking shiny and brand-new, it doesn’t serve its purpose. The same goes for our app.

Our support team has gathered some tips to help you explore and get you using other areas of Safe Ag Systems.

They’re excellent for educating yourself or training your team.

Sign ON/OFF site DAILY

A great way to establish a daily login routine is to encourage the use of the sign-on and sign-off feature. It’s a great tool for when you're working alone, and it keeps other teammates informed of your location in an emergency.

Plus think about those long hours done during busy periods, it gives the team peace of mind knowing everyone returns home safely at the end of the day.

Logging Hazards

We know, farms are full of hazards. That’s why it’s a good idea to get the whole team adding hazards when/as they find them. Keep in mind that everyone sees hazards differently and there are no ‘wrong’ hazards. By recording them, it gives you a chance to discuss them further as a team.

Completing Checklists

There are many types of checklists available. Pre Start, Post Operation, Cleaning, Maintenance, Food Safety, Audits, Training and more. Completing checklists becomes easier when you’re prompted on what to do next, freeing up your mind. So, get in and give them a red hot go.

Over to you

Get in and have a crack at exploring the App thoroughly. You CAN’T break it.

We will be sure to keep tips like this coming. If you have tips and hints, share them with us. We love hearing them! And remember  - reach out to your Safe Ag Systems expert. We’re here to help.
