Running a Procedure attached to an Inventory Item

Before you Start

• You will need to have Added an Inventory Item 
• You will need to have Created a Procedure and
• You will need to have Attached a Procedure to an Inventory Item
  
  

Viewing and Accepting a Procedure attached to an Inventory Item

1. From the main menu, select Inventory > Machinery and Equipment / Structures / Tools > Select Item > Procedure.
2. Select the applicable Procedure.
   
      
   
   
3. Read the procedure as required.
   
    
   1. To add a comment click the Add Comment icon. This will add your notes to the procedure log once you Accept.
   2. To add a task or report a hazard click the Add a Task icon
4. Once completed tap Accept. 
   
   

Viewing and Accepting a Procedure attached to an Inventory Item using a QR Code

1. Tap the QR Code icon on the bottom menu bar. 
2. This will open your phone's camera to scan. Hover your device in front of the QR Code and it will scan automatically.
3. Tap Procedure and select the applicable procedure.
   
      
   
   
4. Read the checklist as required.
   
   
5. You can also add a comment or add a task. 
   1. To add a comment click the Add Comment icon. This will add your notes to the checklist log once you Accept.
   2. To add a task or report a hazard click the Add a Task icon.
6. Once completed tap Accept.
