Adding a Training Record for a User
Before you start
- You will need to have Added a New Worker
Desktop Only
- In the side menu, select People > Manage People, find the user tile for the individual and click the 3 dot menu > View
- Navigate to the Training Records tab and select Add New.
- Enter the training name, training type, applicable dates, and any comments or notes.
- (Optional) Upload any supporting documentation against the training record.
- (Optional) Set 30 day training expiry reminder?
Note - This will initiate notification to remind Business Administrators and the applicable user when this training is expiring. - Click Save.
