Reporting (Management Portal)

Run Reports on records using our pre-made templates, that can be filtered and exported, and are available across all sites you're connected to on your Management Portal.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

  1. From the left menu, click Reporting.
  2. Click on the system area, then click the Report title  .

  3. To change the data shown, click Show Filters. Add filters as needed.
    Example of filters include filtering by the status, date range, assignee or a specific Inventory item.




  4. To export a report, click CSV, Excel or PDF from the bottom right corner.
  5. Confirm whether to download in the computer's local time zone or UTC, then click Ok. The download will begin automatically. 

Tips

  • If a Report has been filtered, it can be saved and accessed again later without needing to be re-created by clicking Save in the filter bar. Saved Reports are unique to each user.
  • Click the star besides a Report title to add it to the Favourite Reports tab on the Dashboard and in Reporting. Favourite Reports are unique to each user.
