Reporting on Checklists

Checklists are guides to step workers through checks they must do before operating a machine or undertaking a task. When a user completes a checklist a record is logged under Checklist Logs in their profile.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

Checklist reporting can be done from:


Checklists

From the left menu, navigate to Documents > Checklists and click the Checklist Logs tab.

    1. To filter use the dropdowns at the top of the tab
    2. To open a log select the Title and click View Checklist or select more options ••• and View Checklist.

Reporting

  1. From the left menu, navigate to Administration > Reporting > Documents > Checklists Logs.

  2. Use Show Filter to customise.
  3. To export the report choose from .csv, excel or PDF using Export to

    export-options


Inventory

  1. From the left menu, select Inventory > Machinery and Equipment / Structures / Tools
  2. Click the inventory item to open.
  3. Select the Checklist Logs tab
