Viewing Checklist Logs (App)

Checklists are guides to step staff through checks they must do before operating a machine or undertaking a task. When a user completes a Checklist, a record is logged under Checklist Logs in their profile.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

Checklists can be reported on from:

Checklist Logs for an Individual User

  1. From the main menu icon-hamburgermenu, tap People.
  2. Select the user, then select Checklist Logs.
  3. Tap a log to view the responses.

Checklist Logs for All Users

  1. From the main menu icon-hamburgermenu, tap Documents > Checklists.
  2. Tap the Logs tab, and apply filters if needed.
  3. Tap a log to view the responses.

Checklist Logs for an Inventory Item

  1. Open the Inventory item:
    1. Tap the main menu Main Menu Inventory > Machinery & Equipment, Structures, Tools or Chemicals, and tap on the item, or
    2. Tap QR Code icon-qr and scan the item's QR code.
  2. Tap Checklists > Logs.
  3. Tap a log to view the responses.
