How to enable support access
At times you may need our assistance for support or training purposes. This may require us to access your system and in order to to do this we require you to enable support access. This will ensure we can quickly access your system when you need us.
Desktop Only
- Go to the top menu and click the settings
icon and select Subscription Details.
- Slide the Allow Safe Ag Systems support access toggle to the right (toggle will turn green).
If you ever want to remove support access, simply slide the toggle to the left.
