      How to clear Cache on a Desktop

      Cache is a hardware or software component that stores data from previous visits to a website. This data can then prevent the display of new information. Clear cache to delete this stored data.

      We recommend the use of Google Chrome or Firefox when accessing the Safe Ag Systems Software as other browsers may not display all options in the software.

      To clear your cache from any browser:

      1. Login to your Safe Ag Systems subscription
      2. With your subscription open hold down concurrently: Control > Shift > Delete
      Select
      • Time Range: All time
      • Ensure 'Cookies' and 'Cache' are ticked
      • Click 'Clear data'
