If you are having trouble logging into your Safe Ag Systems account, there are a few things our team recommend checking.

We've gathered the top problems and solutions to help you get back into your account quicker.

Forgot your Login Method?

There are 4 different ways you can log into Safe Ag Systems: 

  1. Using a username and password
  2. Using your Google Login
  3. Using your Microsoft Login
  4. Using your Apple Login 

If you can’t remember how you’d logged in, reset your password using the following link. The email will let you know your login method.

Note: If your account is using your Google, Microsoft or Apple account, this won’t reset your password.

Forgot your Username?

If you don’t know your Username, speak to your Business Administrator. This is the person who manages Safe Ag Systems.

They’ll be able to find your username from your user tile in Manage People. This can only be done on the Desktop version of Safe Ag Systems.

Forgot your Password?

Click the link below to be sent an email to reset your password.
Note: If your account is using your Google, Microsoft or Apple account, this won’t reset your password. If you need to reset your password for this account, you will need to go to their website and follow their password reset process.

Received a Login Expired message on the App?

If you see a message stating your session has expired, please try the following steps:
After each step, try and log in again.

  1. Check and download any Safe Ag Systems App updates in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Delete and re-install the App.
  3. Make sure your device is set up for the App. You can see our Device Requirements here.

Is your App crashing?

If your App is crashing at login or while using, please follow the following steps:
After each step, please check the App and if the issue is resolved.

  1. Check and download any Safe Ag Systems App updates in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Delete and re-install the App.
  3. Make sure your device is set up for the App. You can see our Device Requirements here.
