Printing Inventory QR Codes

QR Coding an Inventory item makes accessing information that relates to that item quick and easy.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

This function is not available on a Standard subscription.

Printing Inventory QR Codes

  1. From the left menu, select Inventory > Machinery & Equipment or Structures or Tools or Chemicals.
  2. Hover over an item, and click the checkbox in the top left hand corner and repeat for additional items or click Select All. 
  3. Select Print QR Code and choose the size to print. Available sizes are based on our Online Store products.
    1. Sign (110 mm x 110 mm)
    2. Label (50mm x 50mm)
    3. Key Tag (50mm x 30mm)
  4. Select Continue. The QR Code file can then be printed or saved.
