Adding Maintenance (App)
Regular maintenance is important to ensure your Machinery, Structures and Tools are safe and maintained. Keeping records ensures your maintenance is up to date and is not missed.
Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.
To add maintenance on the Desktop, see Adding Maintenance.
- Access the Inventory item:
- From the main menu
, select Inventory > Machinery and Equipment / Structures / Tools / Chemicals then tap on the Inventory item, or - Scan the Inventory item's QR Code.
- From the main menu
- To add maintenance:
- Tap more options
and select Add Maintenance, or - Select Maintenance from the list and tap Add Maintenance.
- Tap more options
- If maintenance has been scheduled, a pop-up will appear to confirm if this is what you are completing.
- Tap Yes to complete the scheduled maintenance, or
- Tap No to add unplanned maintenance.
- Fill in the maintenance details and tap Save.
- If you've completed scheduled maintenance, a pop-up will ask whether to schedule the next maintenance. Tap Yes and complete the next maintenance due, or No.
- If you've completed unplanned maintenance, a pop-up will appear of the next scheduled maintenance. Tap Edit if this needs to be changed, or tap Close if no action is needed.
Note: If you schedule by Date you will receive a system generated reminder task 30 days prior to the scheduled maintenance date.
If you schedule by Engine hours or Kilometers, you will be required to input when the next maintenance is due and at what point you would like a task reminder to be generated.
