Viewing Attached Files and Links (App)

Files and Links can be accessed from the Procedures tab of an Inventory item and accepted to confirm the user is familiar with how to safely use the item. 

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

This feature is not available on Standard subscriptions. 

A File or Link needs to be linked before it will appear in the Files & Links option on the Inventory item. See Attaching Files and Links to Inventory.

  1. Open the inventory item:
    1. Tap main menu Main Menu Inventory > Machinery & Equipment/Structures/Tools/Chemicals and tap on the inventory item, or
    2. Tap QR Code icon-qr and scan the Item's QR code.
  2. Tap Files & Links and tap the File or Link name to open.

  3. A file will download and open in a separate tab (connectivity required).
  4. A Link will open in a separate tab (connectivity required).
