A QR Code can only be generated on the Desktop, see Setting up a Location QR Code.
By default, all Users will receive a push notification each time a Visitors signs in or out. This can be changed in System Configuration Notifications.

Sign In Using a QR Code
To sign in to a Location using a QR code, visitors must download the Safe Ag Systems App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
A QR Code Poster for the Safe Ag Systems App is available here. This will direct to the right version of the App for the device.
- Open the Safe Ag Systems App and tap Visitor Access.
- Scan the Location's QR Code.
- Tap Sign IN or Sign OUT.
- Complete the details, and tap Submit.
Sign In by a User in the Visitor Log
This can be done by a Contractor, Worker, Supervisor or Business Administrator.
- Tap Main Menu
> Visitor Register. - Tap Sign IN or Sign OUT.
- Select the relevant location.
- Complete the Visitor's details, and click Submit.
