Adding an Inventory Maintenance Record

Before you start

On Desktop

Adding a maintenance record - Desktop
  1. In the side menu, select InventoryMachinery and Equipment, Structures or Tools then click Maintenance on an existing record.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Complete the form as required.
  4. (Optional) Upload a file by selecting Choose File.
  5. Click Save. A record will be created in the Maintenance Log.

On Phone/Device

Adding a Maintenance Record
  1. From the main menu, select InventoryMachinery, Structures or Tools then tap on the inventory item or scan the item’s QR Code.
  2. Tap Add Maintenance.
  3. Complete the maintenance form as required.
  4. Click Save. A record will be created in the Maintenance Log.
