Adding an Inventory Maintenance Record
Before you start
- You will need to have Added an Inventory Record
On Desktop
- In the side menu, select Inventory> Machinery and Equipment, Structures or Tools then select the relevant item.
- Select the Maintenance tab and click Add Maintenance.
- Complete the form as required.
- (Optional) Upload a file by selecting Choose File.
- Click Save and a new record will be created.
On Phone/Device

- From the main menu, select Inventory> Machinery, Structures or Tools then tap on the inventory item or scan the item’s QR Code.
- Tap Add Maintenance.
- Complete the maintenance form as required.
- Click Save. A record will be created in the Maintenance Log.
