Editing an Inventory Maintenance Record

Before you start

On Desktop

  1. In the side menu, select InventoryMachinery and Equipment, Structures or Tools then click Maintenance on an existing inventory item.
  2. Click Edit on the applicable maintenance record.
  3. Amend the applicable information and click Save.

On Phone/Device

Note – Users set as Worker security level can only edit maintenance records created by themselves. As a Business Administrator, you can edit any maintenance record.

  1. From the main menu, select InventoryMachinery, Structures or Tools then select the applicable inventory item. Alternatively, scan the inventory items QR Code.
  2. Tap Maintenance Log
  3. Tap the maintenance log you wish to edit
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the log and tap Modify
  5. Edit the form as required.
  6. Tap Save.
