Editing an Inventory Maintenance Record

Before you start

On Desktop

  1. In the side menu, select InventoryMachinery and Equipment, Structures or Tools, find the applicable inventory item and click the three-dot menu. Select View.

  2. Navigate to the Maintenance tab and find the applicable maintenance record.

  3. Click the three-dot menu and select Edit.

  4. Edit the record as required and click Save when finished.

On Phone/Device

Note – Users set as Worker security level can only edit maintenance records created by themselves. As a Business Administrator, you can edit any maintenance record.

  1. From the main menu, select InventoryMachinery, Structures or Tools then select the applicable inventory item. Alternatively, scan the inventory items QR Code.
  2. Tap Maintenance Log
  3. Tap the maintenance log you wish to edit
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the log and tap Modify
  5. Edit the form as required.
  6. Tap Save.
