Editing Maintenance (App)

A Maintenance record may need to be edited to update it or correct any mistakes.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

To edit Maintenance on the Desktop, see Editing Maintenance.

  1. Access the Inventory item:
    1. From the main menu icon-hamburgermenu, select Inventory > Machinery & Equipment / Structures / Tools / Chemicals then tap on the Inventory item, or
    2. Scan the Inventory item's QR Code.
  2. Select Maintenance from the Inventory item and select the record to be changed.
  3. Tap Edit and make the required updates. 
  4. Press Save.
