Lockout/Tagout Inventory

If a piece of equipment has been mechanically locked or tagged out due to being damaged or unsafe, the item can be locked out/tagged out in your Safe Ag System using the Lockout/Tagout option.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

  1. In the left side menu, select Inventory > Machinery and Equipment or Structures or Tools
  2. Select the inventory item
  3. Tick the Lockout or Tagout checkbox and click Save.

Note: This will send a notification to all users that the item has been locked out/tagged out.
A lockout icon will display on the applicable record on the desktop.
App users will get a pop up advising of the Lockout/Tagout if they access the inventory item.
