How do I make a purchase?

To make a purchase you will need to sign up for our free 7 day trial, using the cog icon you can then navigate to the “My Subscription” page. Select your subscription type and enter your payment details.

I have completed a trial, how do I buy Safe Ag Systems?

If you have already completed a free 7 day trial, you will need to log back into your trial account. Once logged in you will be directed to the purchase page.

Can’t remember your login details?

You can reset your password using the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login page, enter your username and a reset password email will be sent to the email account associated with your subscription. Don’t remember your username? Contact us.

How can I pay?

You can purchase online by using a Credit or Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa).

You may request an invoice by contacting your Account Manager.

What if I want to add additional users?

You will need to contact our Client Experience Team to add additional users to your subscription.

Do you offer discounts?

Yearly plans offer a 17% discount (which is two months free compared to monthly plans).

Can I book a demo of Safe Ag Systems?

Yes, you can book a free, private demo with our team.

They’ll take you through Safe Ag Systems step-by-step.

How does the 7 day free trial work?

Our free trial provides you with a full version of a Professional plan for 7 days. Our trial period does impose a few temporary limitations on software. Otherwise, you will gain access to the full Safe Ag Systems experience.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up for a free trial?

No. When you sign up to Safe Ag Systems free 7 day trial you do not need to enter your credit card details. Once your trial is completed or you decide to make a purchase, you will need to select a plan and enter your preferred payment method.

Does my free trial limit my access to features?

You will have access to our Professional plan during your trial. This means you have access to Safe Ag Systems advanced range of features with some temporary limitations on our software.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

If you choose not to purchase Safe Ag Systems once your trial ends, your account will expire. You will still be able to login to your account, allowing you to purchase, however access to our features will be locked until a plan is selected and payment has been made.
