Basic Setup

$500 + GST

3 x 1 hour Zoom sessions

This Setup navigates you through the first steps of your safety system.

Projected outcome: On completion of this setup, you will have an active safety system ready to use.

Includes:

Add business details and contacts 
Map Locations (up to 5) 
Adding hazards and other items
Add up to 5 users
Add Training records to added users
Add Inventory (total of 15).
Demonstrate adding inventory
Create Emergency Management Plan 
Add Important Information
Create documentation
Demonstrate publishing
Identify Inductions templates
Online group training for the App

 

(Note: This is a guided setup process where the client is required to undertake some of the setup tasks).

 

 

Seasonal Setup

$500 + GST

2 x 1 hour Zoom sessions

For those wanting to progress their safety management beyond the basics.

This package implements season-specific safety management practices (eg. Calving, seeding, harvesting, etc)

Projected outcome: On completion of this setup, your business will be ready to confidently commence a new season. 

Includes:

Conduct a health check of the system
Review hazard mapping
Add inventory
Create checklists for machinery 
Ensure all workers are added as users
Attach training records to workers
Review Emergency Management Plan
Review documents 
Training in NM&I reports
Training in Risk Assessments

 

(Note: This is a guided setup process where the client is required to undertake actions between Zoom sessions).

 

Document Creation

$250 + GST

2 x 1 hour Zoom sessions

This package is suitable for businesses wanting support in creating documents relevant to their business. 

Includes:

  Review business operations
  Identify suitable templates
  Edit and publish policies
  Edit and publish procedures
  Edit and publish checklists

 

Attaching QR Codes

Includes the printing of QR codes for inventory items added in your system and attach to labels or  key tags (purchased separately)

Labels/Key tags will be posted to you ready to attach to your inventory items

20 Inventory items – 1 hr - $120
50 inventory items – 2.5 hrs -  $300
100 inventory items – 4 hrs - $480

 

 

Adding Chemicals

Setting up chemicals can be a time-consuming task - don't have the time?

Get us to do the work for you.

Up to 10 chemicals with SDS $250
10-20 chemicals with SDS $400
21-50 chemicals with SDS $1000
51-100 chemicals with SDS $2000
