Can I get a demo of Safe Ag Systems?

Does my free trial limit my access to features?

Your trial will give you access to Safe Ag System's advanced range of features with some temporary limitations on our software. If you purchase our Standard plan you will lose some features that were available during your trial.

You can toggle between the Standard and Professional plans within your trial to decide which suits you needs.

Is my data safe?

When you enter or upload your data into our system, you still have complete ownership of your own data. Safe Ag Systems just uses your data to provide our services to you.

Safe Ag Systems also utilises advanced security coding to ensure your data is safe from hackers.

What is the difference between the Plans?

Safe Ag Systems offers different plan options to suit the needs of a range of agricultural enterprises. Paid plan options are Standard or Professional or if you are a larger enterprise contact us for a quote. During your trial you can toggle between Standard and Professional. Check out the Pricing page on our website for a Complete List of Features.

What is the difference between a monthly and an annual subscription?

Yearly plans offer a 17% discount (which is two months free compared to monthly plans).

What is a 'user'?

A 'user' is someone who works on your farm. Each worker requires a unique login to your Safe Ag Systems subscription for record keeping. You purchase 'user seats' which are then allocated to a 'user'. You can set the access level for each user based on the responsibilities of the individual. If someone leaves my business can I reuse their User seat?

A 'user seat' is an access to your subscription which you assign to a 'user'. If you deactivate or archive a user, that user seat is free to be allocated to another user.

Can I add or remove users after I purchase?

You can increase or decrease the number of user seats on your subscription at any time through the 'billing' tab under the cog menu in the right-hand corner of your desktop login.

How do I purchase?

To purchase a subscription you will need to sign up for our free 7-day trial, then using the cog icon you can then navigate to the “My Subscription” page, select a plan and enter your payment details.

Are there any additional costs?

The setup and implementation of your Safe Ag Systems safety system can be free using our online self-help resources () and of course, you can call our client support team with questions at any time.

Alternatively, if you want someone else to set the system up for you we are happy to help or you can engage a consultant (). These services would be an additional cost which would depend on the service you required.

How do I set up my subscription?

The setup of your Safe Ag Systems software is simple using our free online resources () which are available within the program by clicking on the '?' in the top right corner. 

What happens at the end of my free trial?

Your account will expire if you choose not to purchase Safe Ag Systems once your trial ends.

You will still be able to log in to your account, allowing you to purchase, however access to our features will be locked until a plan is selected and payment has been made.
