Adding a Chemical Usage or Purchase Record

Before you start

On Desktop

  1. In the side menu, select Inventory Chemicals.
  2. Select the applicable chemical then select the Usage/Purchase tab.
  3. Click Add Record and select Purchase Record or Usage Record and complete the form as required.

  4. (Optional) upload a file.
  5. Click Save

On Phone/Device

  1. From the main menu, select Inventory Chemicals.
  2. Select the applicable chemical then tap Add Usage/Purchase/Adjustment.
  3. Tap on Type and select the type of record you are entering and tap Ok.
    Note: The details can be entered via voice to text. To do this tap on the microphone on the keyboard, then speak into the phone.
  4. Complete the form as required.
  5. Tap Save.
