Adding Chemical Usage/Purchase (App)

Recording Usage or Purchase of Chemicals ensures the stock on hand record is accurate.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

To add on the Desktop, see Adding Chemical Usage/Purchase.

  1. Open the Chemical:
    1. Tap the main menu Main Menu Chemical and tap on the item, or
    2. Tap QR Code icon-qr and scan the Chemical's QR code.
  2. Tap Update Quantity and select the usage type.
    1. Usage Record - to record a usage, decreases the quantity in stock. 
    2. Purchase Record - to record a purchase, increases the quantity in stock.
    3. Adjustment - to record a change to the quantity in stock, can increase or decrease the quantity in stock.
  3. Complete the fields as required
  4. Tap Save.
