Assigning Inductions to User's

Business Administrators and Supervisors have the ability to assign inductions to a user through both the desktop and the App.

On Desktop



Via a User's Manage People Record

  1. In the side menu, select People > Manage People, find the user tile for the individual and click the 3 dot menu > View

  2. Navigate to the Inductions tab and click Assign Induction.

  3. Select the Induction Type from the dropdown list and click Save. The user will receive a notification on the App that an induction has been assigned to them and needs to be completed.

Via Start Induction

  1. In the side menu, select People > Sart Induction > Start new.
  2. Select the Induction Type, Inductor (if you aren't the Inductor, select an alternative Inductor from the drop-down list) and then select the Inductee from the drop-down list.

  3. Click send or begin.
  4. If you click send, the user will receive a notification on the App that an induction has been assigned to them and needs to be completed.
  5. If you click begin this will start the induction on the desktop.
    Note – If you start the induction from the desktop and you are not logged in as the Inductee, you won’t be able to sign off the induction. Once you reach the sign off stage of the induction, the inductee would need to log into their own account to sign off the induction. This can be done on either the desktop or the App

On App

  1. In the main menu, select Inductions > Assign Inductions > My People.
  2. Select the Induction Type from the drop-down list.
  3. If you are not the Inductor, select an alternative Inductor from the drop-down list.
  4. Select the Inductee from the drop-down list.
  5. Click send. The user will receive a notification on the App that an induction has been assigned to them and needs to be completed.
