Starting and Completing a Visitor Induction (On App)

1. From the main menu, select Inductions > Assign Inductions > Visitor.
2. Select the Induction Type from the dropdown list.
3. If you are not the Inductor, select an alternative Inductor from the dropdown list.
4. Enter the Full Name and Email of the Inductee.
5. Click Begin.
6. Tap on the first Category option to open the first statement.
7. Read through each statement and tap Agree or Disagree.
   Note: If there is a disagreement in the induction, it cannot be completed until the disagreement is resolved.
8. When induction is completed it will prompt them to complete their details and sign. Once this is done, tap Add Signature.
9. Once the signature is added tap Complete Induction.
   
   

Assigning a Visitor Induction via email (Desktop only)

1. From the left menu, select People > Inductions > Start new.
2. Select Induction Type.
3. If you are not the Inductor, select an alternative Inductor from the dropdown list.
4. Select Inductee – Visitor.
5. Enter the email for the Visitor or Contractor.
6. Click Email. Then an email preview window will appear. Click Send Email.
7. The visitor or contractor will be sent the induction email.
   Note - For a visitor to complete an induction they will be required to download the Safe Ag System App. They can start the induction by either clicking Start Induction or scanning the QR code through the Safe Ag System App.
   
   

Completing a Visitor Induction sent via email (App only)

1. For a visitor to complete an induction via email they will be required to download the Safe Ag System mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Once downloaded the visitor has two options to start the induction on the Mobile App:
   1. Open the app and tap Visitor Access? Scan In on the front login page. Then scan the applicable Induction QR Code located in the Safe Ag Systems Induction email.
   2. Open the Safe Ag Systems Induction email on the same mobile/device the app is installed and click Start Induction. This will open the app and start the induction process.
3. They would enter their Full Name and select the applicable Inductor from the dropdown list.
4. Then tap Start Induction.
5. Tap on the first Category option to open a statement.
6. Read through each statement and tap Agree or Disagree.
   Note - If there is a disagreement in the induction, it cannot be completed until the disagreement is resolved.
7. When induction is completed it will prompt them to sign. Tap Sign to complete.
   
   

Starting a Visitor Induction via QR Code on Visitor Sign (App only)

Before you start

• You will need to have Printed an Induction QR Code

1. For a visitor to complete an induction via a QR code they will be required to download the Safe Ag System mobile app from the Google Play store or Apple App Store.
2. The visitor would open the app and tap Visitor Access? SCAN IN on the front login page.
3. Scan the applicable Induction QR Code.
4. They would enter their Full Name and select the applicable Inductor from the dropdown list.
5. Then tap Start Induction.
6. Tap on the first Category option to open the first statement.
7. Read through each statement and tap Agree or Disagree.
   Note - If there is a disagreement in the induction, it cannot be completed until the disagreement is resolved.
8. When induction is completed it will prompt them to complete their details and sign. Once this is done tap Add Signature.
9. Once the signature is added tap Complete Induction.
