Adding a new Procedure

This tutorial will guide you through how to create a new procedure by creating your own or utilising one of our many templates.

Create your own Procedure

  1. In the side menu, select Documents and Files > Procedures then click Create My Own.

  2. Enter the title of the procedure in the Title field.
  3. Use the document editor to type a new document or copy and paste from existing documents you may already have in Microsoft Word or PDF.
    Note - Uploaded links, images (excluding PPE icons inserted) and files will not be available in offline mode.



    Note –
     It can be easier to use the editor in full screen mode by clicking the full screen button.


  4. Once completed click Save.

Create a Procedure using a Safe Ag Systems template

Content Guidance Setup

 

  1. In the side menu, select Documents and Files > Procedures then click Copy From Template tab.

  2. Click View to review procedure template content.
  3. Check the tick box and click Copy Template.
    Note - More than one template can be copied at a time.
  4. To edit the selected template navigate to the Create or Edit tab, find the applicable template, and select Edit.


  5. Use the document editor to update as required.
    Note - Uploaded links, images (excluding PPE icons inserted) and files will not be available in offline mode.

  6. Once complete click Save.

As with all our templates, these aim to provide you with a good starting point, and will need to be reviewed and adjusted accordingly to fit your workplace and operations.
