How to Delete your User Account

This article will guide you through the process of a User Data Deletion Request relating to user accounts.

How to submit a data deletion request:

To delete a user account and associated data from Safe Ag Systems, complete our User Data Deletion Request. To ensure user account deletion is intentional and not by someone other than the account holder, Safe Ag Systems will verify the request with the Business Administrator.

  3. Click “Request Permanent User Deletion”

  4. A member of our team will be in touch to process your request

What will be deleted?

A deleted user account will no longer be able to access Safe Ag Systems services. Safe Ag Systems deletes data including, but not limited to, your full name, phone number, email address and location.

Information added by your Business Administrators can not be deleted through this process and is legally required to remain with your Business Administrator.

What user data is retained?

Deleting a user account removes their associated data from records that Safe Ag Systems are not legally required to maintain. In certain circumstances Safe Ag Systems may keep a User’s personal data relating to financial information, worker training and records identifying why the user account was deleted.

What happens after a user is deleted?

Deleting a user account is permanent and data cannot be restored. If you are the Business Administrator and wish to remove users from your subscription, we recommend that you archive/deactivate an inactive user.

Data retention related to Subscriptions

Individuals granted access to a subscription by a Business Administrator (Account Subscription Holder or Authorised User) routinely submit data when utilising the services. When a user interacts with the services, metadata is generated that provides additional context about the way that a subscription holder uses the services. For example, software features including safety checklists, worker records and content that a user interacts with including files and documents.

Subscription holders or authorised users retain user data within their Safe Ag Systems subscription to the extent that they are legally obliged to when relating to legal claims and to otherwise comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
