      Importing users from Xero

      If you use Xero as your accounting software, you have the ability to bulk import workers into Safe Ag Systems.

      This feature is currently unavailable. We are working to restore this functionality as soon as possible.

       
      Importing employees from Xero into Safe Ag Systems using our Xero integration will quickly create user records and import the following information:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Phone/Mobile
      • Date of Birth
      • Email
      • Address

      1. In the side menu, select People > Manage People and then select Import > Import Employees From Xero.

      2. This will direct you to login to your Xero account.

      3. Once logged in to your Xero account, select the organisation you wish Safe Ag Systems to access and select Allow Access.

      4. This will present you with a list of employees from your Xero account. Select the employees you wish to import into Safe Ag Systems individually or click the select all checkbox to import all employees.

      5. Once selected click Import and then Confirm. This will create a user record for each of the imported employees in the Manage People section.
