Policies Overview

Policies are your business rules and are a useful tool for setting down in writing your expectations and the do's and don’ts of what is acceptable at work.

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

Safe Ag Systems provides a range of Policies in the Template Library that can be used and tailored to suit your business, or your own Policies can be built as a new Document.  

  • Once a Policy is published, it'll be listed under the Published tab and is available on the Desktop and App.
  • If you no longer need a Policy, you can archive it. This removes it from use, but it can be viewed from the Archive tab in case you need to access it in future.
  • When you update or edit a Policy, a new version is created and a copy of the old version is saved in under Archive.
  • A Policy can be assigned to staff for them to review and accept using Assign Policy on the Published tab.
  • Policy Logs shows a list of Policies that have been assigned or accepted by staff. They can also be reported on under Administration.
  • You can attach a Policy to an Induction or Task for staff to complete.
