Scheduling Maintenance

Use Odometre or Engine Hour Readings, or a Date to trigger automatic Maintenance reminders and Tasks for Machinery and Equipment.

1. From the left menu, select Inventory > Machinery and Equipment.
2. Find the inventory item, click more options  and select Edit.
    
3. Under Scheduled Maintenance, select either: 
   
   1. Date, or 
   2. Engine Hours, Kilometres or Miles.
      1. If this option is not visible, the tracking will need to be set up first under Odometer/Engine Hours Tracking. Learn how here.
         
4. Set the Next Maintenance Due At field. 
5. If maintenance is based on Engine Hours or Odometre Reading, set the Generate Reminder At field. 
   1. The first time this number or above is recorded, it will trigger the notification and Task.
6. If needed, add the Purpose and/or Maintenance Frequency Notes.
   
7. Click Save.
