Viewing Policy Logs (App)

Policies can be assigned to staff for them to read and accept. When a Policy has been assigned or completed, a log is automatically created for the user. 

Note: Your Access Level may restrict the use of some features.

Policies can be reported on from:



Policy Logs for an Individual User

  1. From the main menu icon-hamburgermenu, tap People.
  2. Select the user, then select Policy Logs.
  3. Use Filters to change the results. The date and time shown will be when it was Assigned or Accepted.

Policy Logs for All Users

  1. From the main menu icon-hamburgermenu, tap Documents > Policies.
  2. Tap the Logs tab.
  3. Use Filters to change the results, or Sort to change how they're displayed. The date and time shown will be when it was Assigned or Accepted.
