The Management Portal Dashboard provides an overview of the companies connected to your portal, actions that may be outstanding and easy access to your Favourite Reports.
Management Portal is an add-on product created for businesses who have multiple company subscriptions.
Dashboard
When you log into your Management Portal you will be presented with the Dashboard. If you wish to navigate to the Dashboard at any time, select Dashboard in the left hand menu.
The Dashboard has three sections:
Overview
On the Dashboard is an Overview section which provides a quick view of outstanding actions and recent activities for all of your connected companies.
Click any of the tabs in the overview section for more details.
To view a full report click the View Details button.
You will only be able to see information relating to the companies you are Linked to. For more information see Management Portal Users
My Companies
On the Dashboard you are presented with a My Companies window. This provides a list of companies connected to the Management Portal that you are Linked to. From this window you can see the following:
- Company assigned to a Group (see Manage Companies for more information)
- The companies Safety Rating (see How to Improve your Safety Rating)
- Who is Linked to the company (see Management Portal Users for more information)
- Access the company subscription - this gives direct access to the connected companies subscription at site level.
To get back to the Management Portal, you will see a grey banner with Back To Management Portal on the left hand side, click on the side banner and you will be taken back to the MP.
Favourite Reports
The Favourite Reports section provides quick access to your Favourite Reports. You can also click View All Reports to access the Reports tab.
To run one of your favourite reports click on the relevant report.
