Key Responsibilities

As a priority, manage a case load of new and existing Implementations supporting clients in utilising the system.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of our product to appropriately assist clients to find solutions to fulfil their particular needs.

Handle inbound client requests and issues by identifying needs and providing tailored solutions and technical support.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships that ensures successful client experiences.

Constantly assist in developing and improving internal systems and procedures to facilitate company growth and meet team KPIs.

Maintain basic knowledge of WHS legislation in all States and Territories.
What We’re Looking For

Direct to client or B2B communication experience (required)
-
Excellent customer service with experience working with Ag clients (or similar) (required)
-
Effective workload and project management skills (required)
-
Agriculture, professional services, or SaaS industry experience (preferable)

Customer Relationship Management software experience (preferable)

Prior experience administering Work Health and Safety systems (preferable)
