About the Role
We are hiring someone that has experience in test automation, saw what good looks and now ready to lead the next stage of our quality maturity. You will own the testing platform, write automated testing, and make sure our customers gets the quality they deserve.
You are joining at a deliberate turning point. Testing already happens here - we have an established manual and test-management practice, and an emerging code-based end-to-end automation suite. What we do not yet have is one person who owns the direction, brings those threads together, and makes automation scale with our engineering output. That is this role, and it comes with real decision-making authority over what we automate, in what order, and how we measure it.
You will work closely with Product, Development and business stakeholders to improve release confidence, strengthen testing practice, and introduce automation that delivers measurable value rather than activity.
If you believe you meet the requirements for this role, please apply with your CV and covering letter addressing how your skills and experience meet the above criteria. Only successfully, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
